Scout, the circus themed card game of set collection and trick-taking is all about "showing" - which means playing either sets or runs of cards from your hand to beat the current card(s) on the table, and "scouting" - which means choosing a card from the table to put back into your hand when you can't play a set to beat what's already there. But don't forget - while cards played count as points for you, the cards still in your hand at the end of each round count against you. If you enjoy strategic card games like Wizard, Hearts, or Euchre, Scout will add something fresh and new to after-dinner cards.
